Netsuke Japan Japanese Man with Fan & Fish

I am selling this netsuke for a friend.
I know very little about it so please look carefully at the photos.
a man in a kimono with a fan in one had and a fish in the other; holes on his back
2" tall x 1 1/2" wide x 1 1/2" deep
Good "as found" condition.
