Page is in good condition.  There is a small mark or stain on right edge, 1 1/2" from top.  Some wear and minor bends on corners and edges.  Page size is 8 5/8" x 11 9/16".
I'll place inside a plastic sleeve and add a piece of white foam board for protection, while mailing by USPS First Class in a bubble envelope.
